Floe

AI platform for Floe that identifies commercial buildings at risk of heat loss and snow/ice damage — and who to contact about them. Built the NYC public-data prototype (building risk scan + owner/manager contact finder, Streamlit), and now the public-data retrieval agent and a three-layer data build (buildings → owners → who maintains the building, with verification) across New York State and the Northeast.
